Totally Amazing Freebie

Tonight I was blown away by the latest Homeschool Freebie of the Day.  Often these are either short ebooks or audios on various subjects, but today is something entirely different.

The product featured today was an entire curriculum available for free download.  It seems to be all high school subjects, and I don’t know a lot about it, but the Spanish book I looked at seemed pretty good.  It’s all stuff that was made for public school classrooms, so it’s not technically set up for independent work, but it looks very usable.  Basically it’s a chance to get free downloadable textbooks!  Amazing.  Here’s the link if you’re interested.

I’m not sure whether it will be available long-term or not, though, because it mentions making them available “during the transition.”  Also, it’s obviously secular material and just at a glance, it may be a bit dumbed-down (the history looked that way to me, at least) but I saw several things that I might be interested in.  Just thought I’d pass along the info to anyone who might like to look over some free curriculum.

About dayuntoday

I'm a wonderer. I spend a lot of time mulling, pondering, and cogitating. This is just a place to park some of those thoughts.

@ElizabethDNB – You should sign up for their email.   They send one (and generally only one!) every week telling what they will be giving away each day that week.
